Blueridge Beauty Reads The Royal We

As suggested read of Birchbox Book Club, I finally got to read it for FREE (thank you Lynchburg College Library!!) The Royal We by Heather Cocks & Jessica Morgan!!  I will strive to hold off my final opinion towards the end of my book review to give you the readers time to make your own decisions about this novel!

(Source: Google Images)

As the cover of this novel suggested of an ACTUAL Royal Romance, this is a FICTIONAL account about two different people from two DIFFERENT worlds who against all odds get married!!!  It is story about how American Rebecca and British Nicholas courted over a decade of their highs and lows of their relationship!! Both of them face difficult challenges of  what they both willing to change or hold true about themselves, their families, their friends, careers, and ultimately their futures!! Rebecca, or Bex for short, didn't dream to find Prince Charming during her academic journey at Oxford while Prince Nicholas, or Nick for short, wanted to wait before seriously considering for a relationship!!

Pros

I love how this fictional story was written and I enjoyed reading it to the beginning to the end!!
I had characters that I love and love to hate!
I love that it show that Nick and Rebecca both grow and evolved as individuals and as a couple, both the good and bad!

Cons

Geez, stereotypical college drinking and partying!!
You know how this romance ends by the book cover!!

My Final Opinion

I enjoyed this summer read and suggest to anyone who wants to read it too!  For those who have already read The Royal We...what are your thoughts?

Until next time

    1. It is a pretty good summer read about romance and how much each person is willing to sacrifice for each other, instead always the girl in the relationship!
