Blueridge Beauty What I wear and Makeup Look for May Graduation

This is one of my first "What I wear for Wardrobe and Makeup" which I did in May but I am to form my thoughts onto this blog for June!! Since this is my first there will be "lessons learned" which I plan to improve in the future!!  These photos were taken in May 2015 for my sister's graduation at Lynchburg College (Go Hornets)!! This is the dress and makeup that I wore on that day!

The dress is from Dress Barn (donated) which is beautiful blue floral pattern which is flowing pattern which is perfect on warm May day!! I wore this dress with pearly bracelet and flat sandals to complete my look!!

I opted out in putting any makeup on my legs, which I got with a battle of living with Crohn's Disease, have varicose veins!! But I don't care and my confidence is greater than my medical battle scars!

Here is one of the up close photos of my personal look for that day!!

Above are the products for my makeup look (some are recent while others maybe a little dated due to changes of packaging designs) !! Because of my budget, I get it from various sources either on sale or via sample from Birchbox! Below are the products that I used for my makeup look:

Bobbi Brown Tinted Moisturizer SPF 15 in Medium to Dark Tint
Dermablend Concealer in Spice
Cargo Blush in Los Cabos
Mally Beauty Mascara in Black
Ofra Eyebrow in Brown
Anastasia Beverly Hills Clear Brow Gel
Maybelline New York Eyestudio in Sapphire Siren
Sephora Mini Lip Liner in Pink
The Balm Lip Gloss in Pink

I love my nail polishes by Morgan Taylor which is inspired by this year's live action Cinderella movie!! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to see it in theaters but can't wait to see on DVD/Blue-ray soon!

Here are the shades and upclose detail of my manicure!!

I look forward to doing more what I wore and makeup looks in the future, regardless of not have a smartphone myself (thank you, Melissa, for borrowing yours) and getting over my writer block!!

What is your favorite late Spring/early Summer looks?

Until next time,

    1. Thank you so much Allison...I had to do my personal tastes in eyeshadow because most beauty advise don't encourage blue/teal with hazel eyes!! Plus, I was a little choosey about the shade and brand!! Thanks for congratulations for my sister :)

    1. Thank you, Nafisah! My youngest sister graduated from Lynchburg College in Economics/Finance...right now we are part of a "legacy" program of families that graduated and my sisters and I are part of the "first generation" that received a "four-year" degree!
