Hair Review with Hask Coconut Monoi Oil Shampoo and Conditioner

 (Source: Blueridge Beauty Blogger)

First off, I want to thank a fellow beauty blogger who swapped this sample packet and others for me to try out on my hair blog posts!

Here is what this package looks on both the front and back!! I know some beauty bloggers who want to know every ingredient in this product would appreciate this!

I tried the shampoo first in the shower and it has a light coconut smell, created moderate suds, and effectively cleanse my hair in one shampoo!! I found this shampoo with my African, dry scalp, relaxed hair type which can tend to tangle easy in the shower!! I then used the conditioner and massage then use a shower comb through my hair which gave my hair type plenty of time to absorb the conditioner before final rinse!! The conditioner also has a pleasant light coconut scent plus it effectively conditioned my hair type!!

After towel drying and then blow drying my hair straight, this is the final results below:

Here is the final picture of my hair in a casual Monday afternoon style and I am very well pleased with the results of Hask Coconut Monoi Oil Shampoo and Conditioner in which you can find at your nearest drugstore, mass retailer, and beauty store!!

Until next time....

    1. I like how this duo smell, cleanse, and conditioned and love how my hair came out!! I love how my hair feels after blow drying too! I hope women who have dry hair/scalp, African based, frizzy/curly/wavy hair, and relaxed/chemical treated hair can benefit from this hair review!

  3. Your hair came out great Ursula! I love when a shampoo does the job in one wash! I have a few samples of their masks that I will be trying out soon, hope they too have that coconut scent, for some reason I just love when my haircare reminds me of a good day on the beach lol.

  6. You had me at coconut scent! I've been hearing a lot about Hask haircare lately. Your hair looks great. Definitely sounds like it should go on my to try list. I couldn't read the ingredient list, but I'm assuming no SLS??

    1. Do you mean "Sodium Lauryl Sulfate" ? If that is the case the shampoo packet has on the front "No sulfates" !!

  7. Yes, Ursula. There are 2 SLS ingredients that make hair fade: lauryl & laureth. Glad to know that this brand does not have either one!!

    1. It is about time that for all the "research" that beauty industry does that they were not wise enough to educate the consumer & then support removing SLS from their shampoos!
