#MerryChristmas Holiday Look featuring #Mizani Haircare products

(Source: Blueridge Beauty Blogger)

I know that millions of women know it already...Christmas is work but so worth it in the end for the entire family and friends to enjoy! But all of this unseasonably warm, humid weather in Southern Virginia is causing havoc on my relaxed hair esp with the regrowth (I won't have another Mizani Butter Blend relaxer touch up until January 2016!!). Time to prep my hair for Christmas after all that cleaning and cooking using my usual line up of products in the below pictures plus sample of the Coconut Souffle cream (not pictured)!

I just love how this shampoo/conditioner duo cleanses and moisturizes my hair in the shower!

After the shower and gentle towel dry, I sprayed my hair with this AWESOME leave-in conditioner which is also a detangler and heat protector before using my blow dryer!! After applying the Coconut Souffle, I used a wide tooth comb and sectioned parts of my hair for blow drying!

After blow drying, I lightly sprayed this Shyne spray on my hair for light conditioning!

This is what my #Mizani hair looked like after blowing drying straight and lightly sprayed with Shyne spray! And now to relax for the rest of this #ChristmasEve before prepping my hair for bed! :)

My hair is prepped for #Christmas morning to relaxed and withhold against all that warm, humid air on this #ChristmasEve!! After day of cleaning and cooking for Christmas, I wanted my hair to be fresh, hassle free, and controled volume/relaxed hair! Goodnight and check out the final result tomorrow on Christmas Day!

    1. Thank you, Nafisah! Mizani is owned by parent company Loreal which wanted to get in the market of people of diverse hair types (I know several white women with really curlly/wavy hair types using Mizani so its not just a "Black hair care" line any more!) I was lucky to get most of these products via clearance or discount at various stores! I decided to use only the straightening attachment on my blow dry to be easy on my roots/ends but that is one of my secrets to having natural length! Happy New Year's Eve to you!

    1. Thank you, Samantha! I love the smell of this stuff when the stylist use it in my hair at the salon school (plus I take any extra back home in the tiny cups)!! I am definitely coming up with a strategy to work less, enjoy holidays/events more on my blog post!! I don't want to be working hard but smarter in the new year! Happy New Year to you!
