After getting the usual chores and food prepped for New Year's Day, I decided to treat myself by hair washed with this sample of Surface Shampoo and Conditioner which was vegan, sulfate-free, and uses wonderful cocoa butter to conditioned curly (or in my case...wavy hair) hair types! These packets had a generous amount of shampoo and conditioner for my shoulder length hair!! My hair and scalp felt cleanse and conditioned thanks to this sample shampoo/conditioner duo!!

After showering, I used this Surface Acai and Blueberry scented lotion which is enough for my body!! I love the scent of berries plus it conditioned my dry skin!! Because my skin was slightly damp, I had enough of this lotion sample to effectively apply to my body!

These are my items that I used for my New Year's Day look since I wanted a slightly glam/natural eye look esp that I felt a little under the weather since some guests and family were dealing with colds during the holidays! From using  used several products in my beauty drawers which will soon be in my next January Empties post! :)

I used the brown shade all over my eyes then used golden and green shades to play up my natural eye features!

My final New Year's Day look!! From to my hair and makeup, I am ready to enjoy the first day of 2016!!

What is your makeup/hair look for 2016?

Until next time...
