This Friday on the The Rachael Ray Show, Rachael introduced Kayla Itsines, who is has very STRONG Social Media following on "Sweat with Kayla", who is fitness YouTube sensation from Australia!! She helped Rachael create several snacks that are easy to make in the kitchen! My Mom and I got several ingredients for the cut up veggies and Greek yogurt dip at our local Krogers and later prepared the simple and tasty go to snack! My Mom mixed the yogurt, lemon juice, shredded cucumber, and fresh dill from the garden and then made veggie sticks of red and yellow bell peppers and zucchini sticks!
Hopefully, I want to make Kayla's Frittatas which is so simple to make in muffin pans! Do you follow Kayla Itsines on Social Media for her fitness tips?

I've made a similar yogurt dip and it's amazing. Greek yogurt is really fabulous in so many recipes and super healthy.
