#LifeWithNathan My Young #SouthernGentleman

(Source: Blueridge Beauty Blogger)
Although it may sound like a little bit of parenting brag, I am happy to see the major growth and maturity in my son, Nathan, in our Autism journey together! Right now, my 11 yr old son is 5 FT and 1 inch tall and near 100 lbs and pretty much in good health! He is talking more especially what he likes and dislikes, imaginary play with his LEGO sets, and reading and watching few more books and movies towards his appropriate age group! He is doing well in his Autism classes at the local middle school and loves being a "Big Helper" in the classroom and gym class! We are discussing about Spring time holiday including St. Patrick's Day and Easter in which these holidays make him smile with joy and planning arts and crafts to help celebrate! He is a big helper in his Sunday School classes as well and had new activities to help Nathan growth into the young man he is becoming! We had a lovely Mother/Son Valentine's Day lunch in which Nathan eat all of his asparagus on his plate like French Fries before his main course! Of course, Nathan chose "SuperMan" over "Batman" which is one of the popular questions kids are being asked in anticipation to the new movie in March! Praise to God for my son's daily growth and maturity as we look forward to Spring 2016 together!
Until next time...

    1. Thank you, Elaine! I try to do my best while loving my son for who he is and not comparing to other kids, in a good way! Who needs that unnecessary parenting stress/worry?! :)
