Sometimes due to my health in which I can easily tired due to Crohn's Disease, I have to break up days for getting my hair ready for Sunday Morning at my Church!! Friday evening, I pre-treated, shampooed, conditioned, and blow dry my relaxed/new growth hair which now showing sign that I need to scheduled a touch-up real soon! Let me share the life of this hair blogger living with long term health condition does!!

For doing a hot oil pre-treatment, I  used gently warmed coconut oil (unrefined or organic is the best) and massaged it mainly on my dry scalp and the residue on my ends! Then I wrap my hair up in cap and wait 15 minutes before shampooing my hair out!!

After shampoo and condition in the shower, I used Phyto Relaxing Balm sample into my long hair and using a wide tooth shower comb to make sure its evenly distributed through my long wavy hair! Then, I blow dry straight and smooth the mid-length to ends with the L'Oreal Extraordinary Oil Serum!! Before bedtime I covered my hair in silk cap!!

  1. Your hair looks really good. I've been wondering how well coconut oil an L'Oreal's Extraordinary serum would work, and now I see it's pretty awesome.
