#MakeupMonday My #Summertime #BeautyRoutine

Based on my lifestyle and daily routine during the summer time, I like to wear makeup that is light and comfortable as the clothes I wear for heat and humidity! Here is my favorite makeup items that I love using while on a fixed budget (thank you old 98 Ford Taurus) below:

Foundations like this water based serum foundation by PUR Cosmetics is like a tinted moisturizer on my dry skin while being lightweight foundation for summer time heat and humidity! And if I feel like more of mineral foundation powder on my natural skin tone, I love this tried and true Rimmel London Bronzer which I applied all over my face!!

Blushes I used are mineral based powder that I applied on the apples of my checks and blend into my face! Currently I am using up samples before I buy any more blushes which I won't do until the Fall/Winter!!

For my eye makeup, I use a rich or basic black mascara such as this Cargo Mascara or Roller Lash! I love using golden or copper brown eye shadows for the Summer daytime look which I love for being effortless and polish for a social event!!

For my lips, I have lip glosses, moisturizing lipsticks, and lip pencils for my bold or moderate lipstick looks!!
My Summertime Beauty Routine works for me due to the fact its simple, light, effortless, polished for events, and budget friendly!!

Until next time...

  3. That's a great idea for using the blush as the little sample pans are too small otherwise!
