When #Art and #Beauty Combined: Recycling #SummerPolishes Into #NailArt

I love looking at art and fashion esp when the two worlds are combined into one and I decided to do my DIY version by using my summer nail polishes into human art!! I am not an art professional but art is in the eye of the beholder and its beautiful, creative, and sometimes in the moment of life!!

I made sure that I prepped my clean up area with a nice foot tub and nail scrub and polish remover at making my artwork! :)

These nail polish brands and colors include:

Essie in "E-nuf is e-nuf", "Peak Show", "Virgin Snow", and "Berried Treasures"

Covergirl GlossyDays Glossini in "#GetGlowing

SinfulColors in "Glazy Sunday"

Sally Hansen MiracleGel in "Flash-ionista" and Hard as Nails in "Babe Blue" and "Tickled Pink"

I actually let go and free myself as I poured pink, yellow, blue, and other hues over my brown feet and toes and let the polishes cover, flowed, and mixed as I drained the bottles!! On the bright side, I love the awesome display of bright and pastel colors created with my old Summer polish collection but it took several washes and several bottles to clean up my feet and nails!! But will I do this again....yes, I will but maybe sprayed my dry feet with some cooking spray for easy clean up!!

Until next time....

  1. Oh my, what fun and such a creative idea! Beautiful result! Was there any way you could keep it on your toes and just remove it from your feet? The water marble effect is so gorgeous. I admire you for doing it. I am too lazy for the cleanup portion of the experiment, lol.
