#LifeWithNathan Creating #MothersDay Present at #HomeDepot

(Source: Blueridge Beauty Blogger)

On the first weekend of May, Nathan and I went to our local Home Depot and joined with kids and families to make this beautiful Flower Pot holder! Although this one of the most simply woodcraft project at the Kids Workshop, Nathan took extra care and pride in making this for his Grandma (my Mom)! After building and painting it green, Nathan then constructed the yellow sponge flower and joined to the "stem" of the plant holder! After the paint dry, Nathan placed the orange planter on the inside and decorated with stickers! Later on, I bought some chocolates to place in the holder! Despite living with Autism, my son looks forward to the Kids Workshop events which are very inclusive towards special needs and biracial families like ourselves!!

Until next time...
